PulpVision is a specialist developer of thermoformed moulded fibre packaging, focused on helping businesses replace plastic with high-performance, fibre-based alternatives that work in real-world supply chains. We combine advanced thermoforming technology with practical sector knowledge to deliver packaging solutions that meet modern performance, sustainability and regulatory demands.

PulpVision was founded with a clear purpose: to create a new generation of fibre-based packaging capable of replacing plastic at scale; without compromising performance, precision or commercial reality. The company was established by brother and sister Roy and Jill Van Heugten, together with their father Jan Van Heugten, bringing together decades of manufacturing knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurial experience.

Founded in response to growing regulatory pressure, retailer demands and the limitations of traditional moulded pulp, PulpVision was created to bridge the gap between sustainability and performance. Roy and Jill recognised that while fibre packaging had clear environmental advantages, conventional production methods lacked the precision and consistency required to truly replace plastic in demanding applications. Thermoformed moulded fibre offered a way forward.
Today, PulpVision is run by Roy and Jill Van Heugten, who continue to build the business around technical excellence, collaboration and real-world performance.

Their vision is clear: to enable businesses across multiple sectors to transition away from plastic using fibre packaging that is engineered, scalable and fit for modern supply chains. PulpVision exists not to offer compromise solutions, but to redefine what fibre packaging can achieve.
